My background is in adaptive interfaces and human-computer interaction, and that still shapes how I build products: technology works when it is understandable, trustworthy, and useful.
I work across product strategy, user experience, and AI systems, with a focus on agents, runtime governance, and AI systems that better serve Arabic-speaking communities.
